Snow Days????

This isn't what I intended as my first post, but I've been proctrastinating. So I'm gonna have to go with this as my first post.



I'm rain/ice/sleet/snowed probably for the next two to three days. I won't be able to get out and run, so I have to come up with some sort of plan not to gain the two to five pounds I would normally gain from such an event. Here is my plan:

  • Plan out everything I eat on caloriecount.
  • First thing in the morning, do Wii Fit Plus or EA Active- 30 to 40 minute
  • Later in the day do the Wii with the kids for an hour.
  • Be accountable for everything I eat and keep calories under 1500.

Shouldn't be too hard, right? We'll see.
